Our boats for CSH or 20ssh are approx 80-95lbs with hardware. All carbon fiber.

Makes a guy like me at 200lbs (215 with gear) very happy to run CSH

    • Congradts with the new boat production. It should be a fun season for you. 95lb boat, 100lb motor, 200lb you plus 15lbs of cuts suit. You're going to need to add 30lbs to make weight.

      • Gary has always used balsa and he gets it from Chad Lee, of the Lee boat building family. Pugh Boat Works OPC driver cockpits have proven to be very strong through years of "testing" so it may be a strength/familiarity issue.

        • I've made about 12 new sets of number plates for Region 10, 11 & 12 racers - my guess is 2/3rds of the sets are for new boats. Can't wait till the first race to see all of the new wood (or carbon)! All of the number plates are custom numbers - just about the only thing I have time to design anymore.

                • If you look real close,, the staples on the boat are evenly spaced.. +- .010

Nice work on the boat and the hardware..

My favorite is the built-in fuel tank.
