We just have to make it thru today and then the weather is suppose to improve a lot. Suck it up old boy! Of course eveything is subject to change. Saturday and Sunday highs in the 70's and from what I have seen the weather has been a wee bit soggy in Spokane too!
we have outside course markers (bouys), typically you can sit 40-50 feet off those without much hastle, but i would certainly check with the race committee for this current site, it may be slightly different. kevin

Thanks for info.
My wife is excited to check this out. I've never been hurt at all motocross racing my entire life, but she thinks the key word is "yet". So I'm looking forward to this as well - hopefully have a chance to meet some of you and maybe pick your brains.
We'll drag the pontoon over and dump it in at North Shore.
come on down to the pits would love to chat with you. ive raced motorcycles, snowmobiles, and hydros, been hurt in all three its all part of it i suppose, we do have great safety gear we wear as you will see. i have the all yellow hydro # 12 with a primer gray left sponson ( little mishap) hope to see you there. kevin martin
some of the most gorgeous weather you'll find for boat racing, however mother nature has affected us in another way. with the recent massive rain storms, the wood in this water is stopping us from racing. we've spent the last two days picking up logs, and sticks to no avail the community is here by the dozens, since we cant race for them, a boat show in town was quickly thrown together, to be able to visit with them, and give them something to see. mike and theresa did such a nice job getting this event put together, nothing one can do about these conditions. kevin
Some pictures from Saturday. The turn out was way more than folks were expecting. To bad we could not race but great improvised boat show. BBQ and band made for nice evening.
Some action from Sunday. We had a visitor from Thompson Falls land with his float plane. Later he took some overhead racing pictures for the local paper.
