          • 90 pounds? So far so good, for Bruce's fat***. I hope you are using 3-mil for decks. And the Machined Components hardware saves you a few pounds on the rigging FYI.

Add another 10 for rigging hardware as a guess and you will be within 5 - 10 pounds of its final weight.

I predict 125 pound boat, rigged, without paint.
Look closely, it is already painted!!

It is not a 6 shooter, it is a new type of throttle.

1st deck stringer fit. Combing pulleys are a challange, and back side of dash reinforced. You can't yank this one out bro.

                          • You may find that you need to move the dash back some. I put ours and the one I built for someone else back about 6 inches and still use a 6" steering wheel extension from the drawing location. I guess it will depend on how long your arms are.

Mike, how do you go about determining the dash set back when tailoring a build?

For myself the first one I built I clamped the dash in place and got in the boat in a position I thought would be about right and no way I could even be close to where the wheel would be. So I adjusted accordingly. Then I still needed the extension to get the right feel but then after a test run we had to also extend the cockpit cut out about 6 inches further aft also. Now I find out the height of a person and compensate accordingly. I don't really like using the extensions.
