90 pounds? So far so good, for Bruce's fat***. I hope you are using 3-mil for decks. And the Machined Components hardware saves you a few pounds on the rigging FYI.

Guess On Final Weight

Typically you can add 20 pounds for decking and this and that's, plus epoxy coat on deck.

Add another 10 for rigging hardware as a guess and you will be within 5 - 10 pounds of its final weight.

I predict 125 pound boat, rigged, without paint.

I am putting and AR15 behind the wind shield to eliminate anyone driving a Hemp. The AR is 9 lbs and 5 lbs worth of brackets. Pictures to follow.
