My deepest and sincerest condolences go out to the entire Ladd/Pater family. This news came as a huge shock to me, as I'm sure it did to many others. Kevin will certainly be missed.

Kelly, take comfort that you and Kevin made a beautiful child together, and you will ALWAYS have that piece of him.
