Of course the condo facility would have a huge hobby shop with each member allocated 2000 sq ft for his racing gear. By the way if you look at who might drive the farthest, like Michigan, Ohio, points east, ect. and then everyone from the west coast, then North Texas IS centrally located. Isn't Labor Day weekend towards the end of the year? Just saying....
