        Seh At Centralia

SE is a strong class in NBRA. John Kincade, Dave Mason, Burt Hoefs, Jason Sumrall, Homer Schultz have all mentioned they plan on being there. So thats 5 I can think of. Sometimes some of the guys from Indiana Outboard come over to play and that adds a couple more. Always a good field of SEH at Centralia and some great compitition.

I hope this race goes well for you guys. Good luck and stay safe. Would really enjoy to be there, but wont be making the trek this year. Its a great race site with super fast water. The spectator area is awesome too. Way up off the ground so they can see the whole course well and also is shaded, so there is usually a big crowd there cheering you on.

P.S. I officially got super hyped for racing again this past weekend. Had a little testing session over in Pineville and I got to take out our 44 "E" for the first time. That is one strong motor... especially since we were running it on a C Mod. boat. Haha. I also ran for the first time a roll up runabout. WHICH I LOVED... especially with a 40 "D" on the back. So who knows maybe we will have out bigger boats ready by the time Ponca gets here. We should have JUST about every class covered at Nationals. With a few new things up our sleeves as far as classes go. See you guys there hopefully (Ponca City that is...)

If you can work Centralia into your schedule it's a nice race site. Good for both spectators and racers.

Well we are here in the motel lobby having a good time. Hope the rain will hold off for tomorrow. Got a little testing done today. Several trailers here today. Will try to post more tomorrow.

                        Sorry - Couldn't Swing It

Sorry guys, my gearbox situation cost me the trip. I blew a gearbox testing here at home and only have one hatchet unit left. I am saving it for National events if I can make it. It has a year on it already, so she is gonna blow soon. I have two gearboxes on order from different manufactuers, one has been for some time now. And I also heard Yamato is not making the Hatchet foot any longer. Looks like this year is turning into a coasting year.

I love the Centrallia site, and missed everyone. If it helps, I spent the weekend pouting. I am trying bery hard to get something going, ordered some new gears for the merc gearbox from Dave Scott, so as soon as they get here I can hopefully get some heats in somewhere. Once these blow I am out of ideas. (not saying the gears will blow prematurley, just know they will blow under a 850CCMH/SEH sooner than under a DSH.)

Couple of Pictures - Friday Testing

                          Guys,
Special thanks to Larry Mac for encouraging me to test the C-7 for the first time at Centralia. Too bad it was tucked out so far, but a good first ride in spite of it's attitude. Hope you got your race in between the rain on Sat. Bet Sundy was nice.
Take care - see you again soon,
                          Roger

Roger that C-7 boat was beautiful. I think if you tuck it under a little it will ride a lot better. The rain held off until we were done racing, Sunday we a little windy but we were still able to race.

It we good to see you again.
