I was at DePue in "03" when the stocks ran there and wondering why they (stocks) have not been back , I thought it was a pretty good show. The Mods make a trip there every June!!!

We're there every June, either b4 the USTS or the Week after. This year we had the Central Divisionals.

DePue as Always

Marine Rcing Club and BSOA put on a local racing event every year for the last 8-10 years in Depue. Its a SO/MO/Pro/J event. Not sponsosored, but a shared club expense between MRC/BSOA.

We'd loved to have a sponsor but its a tough market with the APBA PRO crowd and the PRO Nationals.

They do put on a 1st class event as I was there this year and WOW!

Gotta go and see this PRO event sometime as a racer, even if your not putting a helmet on.

Louis Wheeler, he was a friend of my Dad's, I remember he built a trailer for him with a walk in box, that would carry 4 boats. The first (long) trip with it was to Hinton in 69, then Beloit in 70.
