Marathon @ Ocoee...
Hey Mike, I'll make you a deal... I'll buy all the beers you can drink (domestic only!), if you'll be my pit crew for an ASR Marathon with a mandatory pitstop. I'm gonna need a big guy to throw me back on plane in a hurry! We did an ASR marathon at Williamsport a few years ago and I had Shawn Briesacher and Travis Pond as my pit crew... what a crowd!!! You all know how rowdy Travis can be, then add a big dude like Shawn to the mix and now you have a comical pit stop! I came in hot, Travis threw the nose of my boat back towards the water, Shawn ripped me out of the boat and shoved a fuel jug in my hand (the driver had to fuel up his/her own boat), before I knew which way was up they had me back in the boat, Travis was roping the you-know-what out of the poor Evinrude until it fired up, and the line backer sized Shawn was hurling the whole works back on plane! Thank God I had a good grip on the throttle and wheel because I would've flipped right up and over the motor with how hard they shoved me! Man that was a fun time, some day I'm going to sit at a bonfire with my friend Shawn and we're going to tell that story to our kids, about back in the good ole' days, and about our wacky friend Travis Pond. We all miss ya buddy...Future J dad!Comment

Mathews Racing could secretly show up !!!!!!!
Well yeh we have talked about comming to Ocoee over the last few years. Maybe this year who knows .... If we show up then I would loveto try this lemans start out .....
