I agree...and getting to watch the live telecast on Comcast here in Spokane was a nice bonus. I had been hoping to make it down this year but things didn't work out.
A big "Well Done" to all the local coverage and making it available worldwide on the web. Can't wait for next weekend...though I think the wife will forcing some work around the house to get done...hope to keep Sunday open!!! LOL

oh, it gets better
Originally posted by mrlou40Just spoke with Jeff Kelly (J.Michaels dad) and he said mike is doing ok. his elbow is brused pretty good and he's a bit banged up but all in all ok.
Jeff also said that after the first turn pinch and hit Steve David mentioned that the sponson on Michales boat didnt look so good going down the back stretch and that might have had something to do with michael going over.
thats all for now

I've been watching unlimiteds for 40 years, and this was one of the best races I've seen. I'll have more pics up this morning.
btw - Mike Weber retired this weekend, so the U-5 Formula Boats driver seat is available. Send your resumes in now. Weber is the team manager and is from Atlanta, the owners are from Indiana - maybe we can get an outboarder outside of the Northwest into one of these things.Mike Johnson
