i am probably being nieve but i think most boatracin parents have better social skills and sportsmenship than the average sports parent. if for no other reason most are racers too.. but i do realize ther are exeptions to every rule when it comes to people

Why was the start rule changed?
Was it broken?
Why was it causing problems?
Was it unfair?


Region 10 runs as many, if not more records, than any other region.
How about some input from region 10 scorers and timers.

I personally have run over 250 heats on record courses and this topic has never risen in region 10 before.
