This 'issue' is just a 'housekeeping' matter being corrected by the members. The Banter here on Hydroracer is part of a health 'transparent' process to air various views and interact over the world wide web.

I don't have an opinion on this, what I do have an opinion on is Dave's post. I agree with Dave in that there are larger issues at hand. With our limited resources we as an organization may be better off focusing on other issues. That is Dave's point and I happen to agree.

Wakefield 1990

Way off topic here...but I had Stone on my outside, D'Agostino in front of me, went into turn 2 last lap and it was like getting hit with a firehouse! ..And Capt America makes the comment..something like...hey..welcome to your first nationals...blah blah blah....lol. Believing that a motor should not be in a class, is not the same as bashing it. I don't think we ever bashed the Sidewinder in this thread.

Well, read all the posts. Most likely you have succeeded in your objective of removing the Sidewinder from the 20ss class. Well done!!! In ten years from now many will be asking 'How come we did that'? As the saying GO's 'Be careful for what you wish for'.

In 20,000 plus views and hundreds of posts, there have been ZERO relevant arguments to why it should actually be in the class. ZERO.

10 years from now, I expect to be watching my kids race 20ssH using Yamato engines... and yes, feeling good that we did what we felt was the best for 20ssH, the drivers, and the sport...and then seeing the class prosper because the drivers had the right to vote.
