I think u mean the whole of Montana?
    APBA, Cmod, '07-08-09; -there were 55, 57 & 56 entered.
Some of those could have been B mods.
    DSH, 'O7-08-09; -50, 44 & 43 entered.
being a mix Tohatsu, 44xs, and 55H Classics.
The lower unit alone makes it a much cheaper class to run than DSH, or Dmod.

If you read post #1 it is basicaslly a roll call with 3 responses so far not past history. Since our family is the only outboard racers in Montana than the count is 1.

Thanks for the history lesson but this is not just for APBA.

        Midwest C mod

I thought you were just looking for the boats in your area. I will be getting my C Merc back together for both hydro and runabout. Of course I am at a distinct disadvantage: there is no surprise when you are sneaking up on another driver with the Merc. It sure is great sound though.

I have the pistons prepped and just a little crank work to do before assembly and the slow break in process.

Those mercs sound real nice but some race sites are not very appreciative of the decibal level. Even if it is just 2 days out of 365

          Let them rip!

The tower and pipe are from Machined Com./ Tietze. The tower is an older model. Hope to see ya at Moses...

A big mistake to run outboards at Connelly park. For sure to get blown off at least one entire day. Unless you want to run a dawn and then again at dusk. Cascade is wayyyyy better. I understand some AOF records are reset in 2010, but they will be low numbers if conditions get gusty anyway. Safety here! I know the surveyer (Russ Dodge) already has a record course at Connelly.

                    IMHO

                      C mod

There are a few C Mod boats in region1, I did not run very often last season as my son was running 2 classes , This season he will run 3 so the C mod may collect a little dust. Shawn

Been blown off more at Cascade than Connelly in the past two years. Last year Saturday should of been cancelled after two blow overs. Lost a good driver for good after it. Learned a valuable less after that race and I will just scratch next time we have white capps.

The brown truck came right on time and we now have the "PIPE" installed. Thanks Lee. The parts are really nice and easy to install.
