How about new engine's for 2009

This is the new 125cc engine that I built this last winter. It has been fired and sounds great.

I also built the tower. I can make these for you guy's if you like it. It can be use with both Mod and PRO engines. Shoot me a PM for spec's and a quote if you are intrested in one.

Could someone tell me a good, easy way to make a scarf joint in plywood?

What I do is --- cut your two pieces square. Invert your pieces (For 5mm thick plywood measure 1 1/2") line across each piece. Clamp the two pieces together at the line. now take your belt sander and sand from the line on the top piece to a paper thin edge on the bottom piece. This will give a two surafces of very close angle that you can mate to make your scarf. When you glue them together use some staples or small fasteners through a sacrifice piece overpoly so you get a good tight glue joint that won't slip and slide in the glue.

There is a Gougeon Bros. recomended jont glue angle someone here knows that ratio.

Um, somebody has a new to them 250 rig for 2009 and we're getting ready to build another 125 hydro for dad and a J hydro for Will Augustine for 2009.
