    Very sorry to hear

    I will miss Steve, always enjoyed talking to him, wish there was more time. Condolenses to Steves family. Another vetran of the stock family has made the last turn.

      I am stunned to hear of this tragedy. What a great guy and tremendous ambassador for boat racing.

          I was suprised to hear the news of Steves passing this morning.
          Our heartfelt condolences go out to you during this saddest of times.
          Steve was one of the real "GOOD GUYS" in our boat racing family.
          He will be missed by all of us.

                I have only heard it was complications do to diabetes

                  To the entire Warnock family, you have our deepest sympathy. When I think of Stock Outboard, Warbs was one of those right at the top that come to mind. He did so much over the years for us all. This was a great man who treated my Mom like gold. He always greeted everyone with a smile when we saw him even if it was just a couple times each year. We will miss you Steve.

                        Like so many who have posted on this sad day, I was totally shocked to hear of Steve's passing. He was truely one of the "Good Guys" of racing. I will always remember him going full tilt working the Nationals at Wakefield. A real loss to our sport. My most sincere condonlences to the entire Warnok family. Jack
