Donny measured buoy to buoy with the GPS last year and it was I think 3.3 tenths of a mile and that was after Joey Z tweaked it and made it perfect moving the last pin in to give us more room on the start. Donny will probably remember what it was exactly.

I think last years course was the biggest course we have ever had there.

                huge

Joey made it too big, I had to change props.

Mackey - no looking at the course until I get there with a camera, I want to record the look on your face.

0.34 of a mile in lane 1 all the way around the course.

I was going to propose we had a 1 mile/3 Lap record to our record course selection but it probably won't fly after we tried the 1/2 mile and that didn't work.

Oh and Dad, 3.3 tenths would be better said as 33 hundreths. First day back to school, I'm back in the mood.

I was going to let him slide on this one. Glad you called him out!

You keep telling me this. Maybe you'd better have an AED or at least some oxygen along with that camera!

Hey, man! I was cutting you some slack. (I am the original 24-Year Slacker, after all.) Donny called you out. Not me!

And I have to be on the Interwebs at work. It's part of my job. (I know... somebody has to do it.)

Considering Oshkosh over Lock Haven. Will there be enough JSH, JSR, AXH and AXR with Kankakee the same weekend (also running JH and AXH)? Pavlick -- which race are you attending?

                              Racing this weekend

                              Richard,
Planning on just racing JH at Kankakee. Oshkosh is a blast and Kankakee is pretty awesome...I think the spectators like watching the JHs just as much as the Champ boats!

The boys are trying to talk us into Oshkosh, so I will let you know if we decide to go.

Pretty sure for Oshkosh you will have the following kids.
JH: Michelle Snyder, Karsten Pavlick, Trevor Schmitzer, Erin Pittman, Dakotah Kroll, and I think Collin Smith.
JR: may be a bit light.
AXH: Holden Mackey, Michael Shep, Erin Pittman, Michelle Snyder, and maybe Jace Scheffler.

Shep has tentative boat count for Kankakee.

                              - Mike

Mike -- Bring the boys to Oshkosh Sat/Sun and I'll go over to Kankakee w/ you Monday to race JH and AXH (if they run them). Definitely leaning that way as I'd love to get back to Kankakee to see the tunnel boats run. Leaning harder this way...........
