PRO Ballot
I just received my ballot and after reading the proposals and the rule book pertaining to the proposals, it seems to me that proposals one and two are redundant. The commission has a list of referees and inspectors that they say are qualified to be selected to do the nationals and world championships. Why does the commission need a rule that allows it to select and approve the officials from a list that it has already approved? Any race committee that selects officials from that approved list should have them approved automatically, unless, of course, there are other ulterior motives involved. I vote NO on all three proposals.RWDComment
