If David won 25R at TopO in 1980 and was inducted that same year into the HOC it's going to be tuff for someone to have out done him on this one.

The HOC was started by Miller in 1975 with drivers from 1974 being inducted the same year.

So who could have won Top O and got into the HOC before that?


Hmmmm. I think Kev has it..... It must be Vic because he won Top O in 79 and got into the HOC in 82. My thinking was flawed by thinking the same year.
