Bob; I have a few large ones left over from some we made last year. I could send you one, or run off more if there was a need?
11/16" >15mm is easy as the wall thickness is about 50thou, but the 15>9/16" one is only ~0.015".
Means they must be tough steel, and a sliding fit into the prop and over the shaft , as one does not have much to pound on..

I wonder if there is a Redi Sleeve or Speedisleeve that is the right size?

If there were it would be good to know. I do not have access to a catolog. 'D' to 'ABC', ie; 11/16" to 9/16" is easy,
and are probably stocked by your local TSC store.
Its the metric switch that puts us out in left field,
but if there is a commercial application other than ours,
it would be a lot easier and cheaper than what I am doing.

                    Brian,
                    Sleeves arrived.
                    The 15mm x 9/16" is perfect.
Not sure on the larger one....?...Need one to go from "D" size to 15mm.

Will send check for small one ($21.38?) and return the other.
                    Need address/amount.

Steve; - i only sent one, the 15mm>9/16".
The larger one is the "packing sleeve".
I am sorry, but I do not trust the USPO handling my stuff.
The 'large' one is hack-sawed from the frame of a bicycle made in Korea. It may be close to a D>15mm bushing,
                      I did not check.
Keep your $$ 'til I send u a real one.
