    What type a flow rate, fuel filter should be used with the stock Y-80...?

      I use 1/4" k&n fuel filters. I have never had any problems with them. I have tried a cheaper version before and they cost me a race. Broke in half.

        If you filter all your fuel with Bounty paper towel while filling your tank, why would you need a fuel filter anyway? Just something else to get in the way and fail.

        Does it have to be Bounty? Brawny and Scott make just a good if not better products. Has this been tested?

        Bounty flows really well yet stops all the dirt. I've ''tested'' this method for years and never have had a dirty-fuel problem. I won't let any paper towel other than Bounty into my house.

      Just an FYI... they have a Flow Direction Arrow.... make sure it is correct when you install it.
