As a test I created this new account and the Edit Avatar works fine as you can see. And the Edit Signature is there too in the Control Panel. So it must be something in the High Point account.

I think this test, as well as what I did earlier, eliminates anything being wrong on my end.

I'll email you my password for the High Point account.
