just wondering if nbra,, has any record courses at all dureing the up coming season???

Record runs

This year is going to be very exciting . $5000.00 prize money for alot races this year . In Garnett Ks this year on JUne 23-26 a straight away Nationals course is in the planning . A full 3/4 mile course and a 1/4 mile course also layed out in the middle of the race course . Very protected finger of a 400 acre lake . Cedar Valley Reservoir . If you think you have a fast rig , come on down and set the record . OBRA is giving out local memberships for $1.00 and and just join NBRA and your set. BurninVernon 913-515-3237 Come on Down . Not advertising yet due to Contracts being drawn up as we speak . A local Ethanol Plant is to sponsor the race and they are excited about the event . THis will be the race of the year .

I plan to lay out a wide 5 bouy turn--- course due to safety. The area is big enough. Cedar Valley Reservoir

dose nbra have a common survey for each course that the clubs have to use or??? something like apba????? just thinking out loud

In a word, no. Any surveyed course would have to be surveyed for the particular event and that would be up to the race coordinator to oversee.

Hydrofest course

There is plenty of room for a wide sweeping turns type of course . I'm planning to make it as fast a course as possible to help us set some serious records. I'm open for suggestions especially if it helps pull in more teams. You'll love the pits , each team will have their own pit area , lots of nighttime activities lined up for the teams. I hope to make this race an event by which all NATIONALS will want to live up to . Semi private , end of the lake mostly to ourselves area that should be ideal for us . Remeber when Ocoee was Surveyed and Layed out as per record course standards.

APBA has standard Layouts for 3/4mi and 1 mi courses.

Will NBRA dims of the Course Layout be made available?
Will there be an effort to standardize?
