If we can make it. We may be able to help with the helmet and jacket/Kevlar. Possibly.

We looked it up on the internet and it would be a 2000 mile 29 hour journey one way for us. Darn it I thought Texas was a lot closer than that.

Welcome to hydroracer, we hope you enjoy your visit.

If I take one plug wire off the SEH can I run it in CSH ? hehehehehe.

Sounds like it should be fun, good luck with all the CSH's !!

Dave, not to worry. You would not be eligible to race anyway. Anybody that is associtaed any way with Gardner (Propdoc) is automatically disqualified !

Well here in Texas we can drive almost that far and never leave the state!!

But in all seriousness I would love to see Montana some day. To have the opportunity to see the beautiful country and take in a boat race is very tempting. Not sure the budget will accomodate it this year but I am going to keep this in the back of my mind. This is very intriguing.

I think the same holds true for Montana, however we would be traveling the "short" way across the state, problem is the states between Montana and Texas! Maybe after retirement!

                        Dave,
I like the way you think! I think that removing one spark plug wire would be fair!?!

I still can't get over 15,000 spectators. I might get stage fright. I'm a shy fella. Haha. The most people I've ever raced in front of was in Mansfield, AR back in 2006. That was one fun weekend. Gonna try REALLY hard to make this for.

Hope you can make it too John. I will be in Pineville for your race in a few weeks to help stir up some more folks about this and like you, I am really excited about it.

Looking forward to meeting you guys again over here. Jeff (Ruth) may want a driver for his C Stock rig. You should get out there and play with us. Would be a great time and could get you a little more ready for the LSORA Texas State C Stock Hydro Championship. haha.

                                Dennis,

Iam sure some details need to be worked on , but was wondering if we know how a course will be set up that does not interfere with the drag boats. ? Are we going to use a clock or will we have to do a flag start ?? Does this race site have banks that will let us pit at water's edge or ramp ??? was just thinking and came up with these questions

                                Andy
