The featured patient is Jeff Lake!
Jeff tells about his heart attack and the changes he's had to make in his life.
He has made deitary changes that many of us; myself included, need to make. Plus he has quit smoking.
Jeff attends therapy at the hospital 3X a week, plus he has begun a walking program as well.
We all wish Jeff a full recovery and even the most faithful Mercury supporters
want to see him back at the wheel of his Tohatsu powered hydro.

Hang in there Jeff! I had a heart attack in Aug. 1994 at the age of 37. Two weeks after quintuple by-pass surgery I had another heart attack. Listen to the doctors and rehab specialists and all will be fine. ( I didn't know about the by-pass thing only lasting about 10 yrs., hmmmm makes you think!) And after your back on your feet, the best rehab is BOAT RACING!John Runne
