Event begins Saturday

CAMBRIDGE MARYLAND The 99th Cambridge Classic Power Boat Regatta will be held this weekend, July 25 and 26, with around 60 racing teams expected to compete. Run on the Choptank River at Great Marsh Park, the event has free admission and plenty of parking.
Saturday's racing should begin around 11 a.m. and at noon Sunday, lasting until around 5 p.m. each day. Pits are open, allowing fans to get a close look at the boats and to talk with the crews.
