i paid 1100.00 for the engine went to order a short block it was 2400.00 thats what happened to the class

That and the fact that Volvo cut off (manufacturing any and) all replacement parts to Dick when they bought Crescent. Dick bought all that he could to support the class and had parts made in the US that were possible, but there became a finite supply of critical pieces.

i know this is an old post, but i'm taking delivery on a super c cresent on monday. it's in running condition and looks great.
