      Mike - this is not necessary true. The boat still needs to be properly prepared for the motors to pump water. I am aware of instances where 1.5 inch below the bottom does not pump water. This unilateral rule making was just plain STUPID for several reasons. Call me if you want to know them.

        I imagine the class weight for BSH with the Sidewinder would probably be about 380 lbs or so.

        50 lbs motor
        100 lbs boat
        30 lbs gear
        200 lbs driver

        Thats 380 lbs. Then you still have A stock and 15ss(current B class) for the lighter drivers.

          Sidewinder is making a 15 motor, basically the same as the current Hot Rod, and they are making a detuned 15 to run with the OMC in A.
