Come on Craig high jack the old mans sled and gas card and beat it to the UP, I'll get Stacy Runne to keep you from falling asleep. We will call him and give him reports frequently so he doesn't worry. And go wake all them other NY boys and get them fired up. Mikey

So if I were to dress up as a guy and not be female-ish, does that mean I could find my way on the trip? If so, I'M IN!!! I'll fit everything I need in my kevlar bag and promise not to paint my nails

                Girls aren't as fun

Girls don't go on snowmobile trips, none that I know anyway. They all go shopping or junk. Don't get me wrong, I like shopping but I've never had the chance to ride a snowmobile. If there was a female snowmobile trip, I wouldn't be wanting to go to this one.

                  ladies...

the rules the old 'wild ones' set forth for this trip were:
                  -21 years old
                  -guy's weekend [hence the 'stag']

i'm not sure which rule was the reason chris couldn't come until he was 22...

ross seems to want to buck the system. i personally don't care, but am not going to be the one that changes the legend's (fox, hagerl, miller, hemp, glasses, etc.) rules.

spunky, i don't see your dad letting you come hang out with us 'dirty ol' men' for a weekend any ways. honestly, can't say i blame him...

                  dude(k), you're finally coming??

we had 36+ last year. i haven't heard of more than like 20 so far this year...
hope it starts snowing soon !!

                          UP snowmobile trip!

To all who can attend. The stag weekend started wild ones trip for the boys that played with winter toys. We allowed fast Fred and Lou Howard along for the ride. It was at Fox's dad's cottage and it slept 8 comforablly. The cottage was on the Titabawasse river just north of Midland and Beaverton. We ran the river all the way up to Houghton Lake. The fast guys, all rode 340 TXL's that would go 90 on ice with a tail wind. We had a ball all going the same speed. Then there was fast Fred and Howard. They would meet us at the bar, and I wouold fix Freds racer ski doo. Original team: Brinkman, Fox, Goose, Howard, Ed McCourtie, Miller, Obrien (now passed on) and White. No kids, wives (or girl freinds). Just drink beer!!
More to the story, listen up when you get a chance.

                            Now or never...

You are nearing your last chance to get a room for this trip at either Hotel. Snow is good, forecast is good - no more excuses.

ALSO, WE HAVE TO TOTAL UP THE # OF SLEDS WE'LL NEED TO RENT. GET THE INFO TO ME OR ROSS.
                            Here's what they have:
                            2006 SkiDoo Rev 500 GSX fan = $160/day (slow, it's a fan...)
                            2006 SkiDoo Rev 500SS MXZ = $190/day (plenty fast, actually 600cc)
2006 SkiDoo Rev 600 SDI GSX = $210/day (electirc start, reverse, mirrors, etc.) - might even come with a skirt!
                            +$20/day insurance (HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!!)
** I would get the 500ss MXZ personally**

Again, the hotels are the North Shore Lodge, Grand Marais @ 906-494-2361, or Arbor Gate @ 906-494-2681. We ride all day Friday and Saturday.

Ok the rumer has it our SO VP wants to come ride with us. I have offered a 700 wildcat so he can keep up with Ladd. Ladd might have a little top end on him but he should be fast enough to get in his way all day long. Being he hopefully won the big case he was on he has the choice to get the rental sled from the hotel with insurance. Might not be a bad idea. I hope our guides are all healthy and ready to rock. I see even Goose got a post in. Always good to see Goose getting away from ball and chain. Our guides from that frozen tundra to the west hopefully are in. Need an update!!!!! Dell going to be trailer guy this year. I will work on Joey this weekend in LA. And then there's my buddy Tom K, I got the rummy dummies ready be there or be square. How about that old 25R driver Mr Brian? I got the T Kitty all ready for that 1000cc shoot out. What about our Indian River gang? Josh I heard you were out last weekend. Dad got that family sled I mean Jaguar all ready to go. I know Fox and Hagerl will keep us all in line as they alway do. Sure wish them NY and NJ boys would chime in and give it a try. They tell me every year they should come but never call. I here some of them MOD guys are going to come but no one has confirmed. Anyway cant' wait to see you all Mikey

                                Rooms

If you are thinking of coming but are not sure about having a room I'm sure people have floor space just bring your air bed. Post it here if your looking for a place to stay. It's always been a fun time.
Dell said that he wants to ride a little farther this year. I'm looking forward to the 64W guy too.
Mikey I got the long track on but not had a chance to ride it much. I'm sure it will be working good when I go by you on your kitty on the way home at night. I might just pull over and let you go by just to DOO it again. Spud
