There was quite a bit of conversation about the 20 sidewinder versus the Yamatos at Nationals. How did things turn out? Did the Sidewinder dominate?

Harold,
Dylan Runne was extremely fast in his Elim. Unfortunately, he got crashed out in the Final.

Richard and Dylan have been working diligently on the 20SSH as has Kyle Bahl and Pat. The results are obvious speedwise, they are capable of competing among the best, but to place in the top three in the nationals you almost have to drive over your head and take chances you would not ordinarily like to take. Ryan also qualified at the divisionals with the Sidewinder but for the finals we chose to run Jordan Swain's 302 rig. Ryan got third overall in a boat he never drove before.
All three of these drivers are among the top young drivers in the country with generations of experience in making race boats go fast and win. In my opinion younger or less experienced teams really don't stand much of a chance in this class.
