I used 1.5 box tubing for mine and 2x4s for the boats to seat on I got 3 in mine

Thought I would thank everyone for their help on my trailer project. It is almost mid season and the trailer has been working out well. I ended up making tool boxes on the sides that hold the removable bunks. I'm still working on cart hangers to go on the walls. This gives us a ton of room. Holds 3 hydro's no problem. Yes.. The top boat has holes in the sponsons. That's how I started the season
