  • 2015 Wakefield Nationals Taste of the Regions

Hey everyone! In 7 short weeks at the Wakefield Stock/MOD/J Nationals, Badger State Outboard Association will be hosting another great Taste of the Regions Bash! We would like to encourage everyone to participate in bringing some of their favorite dishes from other regions to share with all. Following our first day of racing on Sunday Lake, stick around Tuesday, July 28th in the pits and wander to the pavilion in Sunday Park to enjoy cuisine from all parts of the country. Please contact Jesse Swain at 920-979-3725, or jesseandrewswain@gmail.com to sign up to bring a dish. Again, everyone is encouraged to participate!

    Washington State.

Some people say we're know for Salmon - might be something to that. http://abcnews.go.com/International/...ry?id=12173543

Some people say we're now know for Marijuana - might be something to that. http://www.502data.com/

Some people say we're know for craft beers - might be something to that. http://www.inlander.com/Bloglander/a...r-of-breweries

I'm only into beer, so I'll bring a keg from http://skookumbrewery.com/tasting-room/ if someone will bring a tap.

B.S.O.A will be doing are brat fry of about 450 brats.

Beer will be sold by the Wakefield chamber at the pavilion in the park during taste if the regions.

There is no carry in for beer or booze into the park that is the law!

They also sponsor the race, so to help raise money for the chamber so they wish to sell the beer.

We also will be having the Silent Auction at the taste of the regions. We are still looking for donation of items for the auction!!

Team Red will have a care package up for auction consisting of all of the things that make Team Red just happen!!!

Having won Ron's balls last year in the raffle...I can attest that they are awesome.

Looks like I've been thrown out for a non-speed violation. No beer for you!

You could donate the keg to the Chamber to sell.

John- I can bring some smoked salmon. Easy to transport and not needing a cooler. Could bring some Washington Apples too

Mike, when we met with Indian Head, that topic came up.

We are only allowed to have trail mix, Fritos, and Mt Dew during race season...Does this count??

There will be 3- 4 gas grills there to use if needed for anyone. BSOA will be using a few of them for brats. There is electricity if needed for roasters and other warmers.

There was some interest in having some micro beer sampling from their region areas Do to insurance and permit issues it cant' be allowed, sorry no carry in allowed. We tried but can't happen any more!
