Sadly.. Some things have come up for me that will not allow me to attend this event as of now. I'm bummed out. But hopefully (fingers crossed) I can make Lucas. Y'all have a little extra fun for me while up there!! Keep us at home informed on all the happenings!

          Another driver

I have just got word that a driver from up north will be bringing three boats to the event. He will have a Merc D MOD and a 44XS.

Great news and this should have a outstanding race.

                  Pits

How far is it from the water to the pits, trying to decide if we should bring our little atv or not.

Keith--- it is one big parking lot and ramp combined. If you are here early and in the front row you probably don't need it. if you are on the second tier, you may want it. i would bring it just in case if you have the room

                      Grove Event

The covered wagon is loaded and we will be on the road by 1PM. Looks like a 12 hour trip for us with the RV. Everyone have a safe trip.

2 days of great racing.. Kevin Mac was FAST in his usual fashion.
No injuries.... C-Mod Hydro was a barn burner... A new to the race scene,,,
as a rookie in Novice Hydro, smoked the field.. Can't remember HER name..
I am sure that Dr. Rick will post all class places... Was great to see a LOT
of friends from years ago... A lot of states represented.
                          NBRA is ALIVE and WELL!!!!!

Oklahoma is looking closer and closer!!
My boy and I just flew out to Wichita where he bought a truck (03 Dodge 2500 with a somewhat built Cummins - turbo about the size of a trashcan!!) which enabled us to destroy the ego's of several 'puffed-up' trucks enroute, as we huffed and smoked our way back to Maine. So we now know the way.
Keep up the great effort NBRA.

                              Grove Event

A very well done to the race event folks who made this happen. The race site is outstanding with all kinds of parking and great launching area. The side events were also fun and we had tons of spectators. Can't wait for next year. I don't see how it could get any better next year and we will be there.
