Stopped by the Americas Best Hotel today and they only have two rooms left period, racers, crew and fans booked over 50 rooms. Also finalized the party at the Elks, dinner Sat evening at 6:30, dj after dinner until 11:00. Chicken dinner all trimmings $13.00 adult, $6:50 12 and under, 5 and under free, draft beer and soda, tea included, full cash bar also. Good time in the AC. Lakes looking excellent, grass a little burnt up in the park, all we need IS a little rain to settle the dust.

All this speed stuff is that like a guy refering to 10 inches when they really mean 3".. I guess after what a fellow NBRA member told me dont worry about speed cause it is all so inflated on HR that the proof is in the win.. I love the mud slinging

Or maybe we can get the truth at the record runs in Trout Creek.

                  C Mod Runabout

JoeJohn, do you have a runabout and has Matt ever driven the boat? We should have enough to run the class, so bring it and watch Matt get a new experience...

                      Roll Call

If I heal up from a bandsaw accident Monday (long as Theresa pulls the stiches out in Centrallia) we will be there.

                      ER
                      SEH
DH ? - Depends if Dad gets the new engine done. Will toss the laydown boat in the trailer just in case.

Mike, JoeJohn speaks the truth. However, the old Roper is heavy and does not ET as good as my latest design. The poor girl is nearly 20 years old and has beat the best, and been beaten by the best. I will admit, 93 is in the hunt though, even in APBA. That is all testing number too, so remember that. Testing does nothing for actual race numbers....

Dave save the stitches for Teresa and she will be in heaven..She is sick when it comes to that stuff..I look the other way but not her..She has even sewn up a couple racers over the years with thread and fishing line

You are right testing means nothing when it comes to racing in rough water and racing conditions

                              Raccoon Lake

The lake is nice and clear, down about 2' but I think five years ago it was down about 4' and we had no issues so we are in good shape.
