I'd bet the boat is a Vic Pratt Boat. At the 1968 Marathon Nationals in Trenton, Michigan, Part of winning D Runabout was the Vic Pratt Memorial Award. So, whoever posted that the STP stickers were 1962-70, I'd say it correct.

I ran across a Boat Race photo while cleaning out the basement today. The Photo is of Chuck Kalb in September of 1968 ( NOA North American Championships ) Portsmouth , Ohio. Chuck has the same outfit on in both photos. He was the B Hydro winner. The water a hills look very much the same.

Does not appear to be Hinton to me and my memory. My guess is somewhere on Ohio River.
