Sealing honeycomb
I just used a piece of wood slightly narrower then the honeycomb and lightly tapped the inside......seems to work fine. I have some 3 inch air holes drilled in the cockpit side...not sure how I am going to seal those...I will think of something. David Ps...I have more pics of clearcoated boat...maybe Sean can post them for me.

Lightning Holes

And to often one suffers serious damage to ankles, ligaments, etc when they get caught up in them in the event of a crash. For the Ghost Rider theme.... well, Dad has that for a lot of years. His is the Molly Hatchet scene though. And with blood dripping off the hatchet airbrushed on. Many a racer finished second to the Ghost Rider.Dave Mason
