It seems we have lots of records that were set before restrictions were put in place.
For instance, we've been chasing the BSR record that Dewald set over 20 years ago before the CCs were dropped and before there was a height restriction -- and never have come even close. I believe there are other records that haven't / won't get broken because of restrictions that have been put on the classes (Js are now at 1 3/4" vs. 1 3/8" for instance).
Is this just the case in the classes I'm paying attention to (in my 2nd year back racing Stocks)? Or, is this a consistent problem that needs to be tackled at the next annual meeting?
