Im in one-o-those too but yours is very well lit Jeff, as well as being white instead of dark green.

But the wait was worth it we picked it up for 1/2 price..

The pole barn is 30x60 and Finished inside like a shop, heated, hot water and a bathroom on 2.5 acers... We would have never been able to buy a house like this If it was not for the fall of the housing market ... I took these with cell phone not sure how well they are gonna come out..
Very Nice! did you find it though an agent or on your own?

        man cave

we found it on realtor.com went to look at it and thats all it took... The pics are all from the back... The front is all brick.. Finished basement.. 2100 square feet up and the same down.. The guy had it mortgaged for over $500,000.00 we ended up payin $249,900 and they payed closing costs... I met the dude selling due to divorce he had to show me the mechanical with the pool and stuff.. I felt really bad for him... The first bank let him walk away but the second mortgage with 5th third made him carry a note for $30,000.00 to close.. so he is still paying for his dream house im living in...

I have to say the short sale process sucks but in the end it was all worth it for sure... If you look on realtor.com alot of houses atleast in our area are short sales.. We put the offer in july 5th and didnt close till october and really didnt know what was going on with it the whole time...
