We had a great time and thanks to everyone who helped put on this race. Definitely will try and make it out there again.

This is one race everyone needs to put on their list of places to go at least once.

      Don,

How did Donnie & MIke do in 20 & C hydro? I left a message for Mike, but no call back yet.

      Thanks,
      John

        We didn't set any records.

But we had a great time and got to meet some racers that we have never meet before.

Donny was off 12/100 of a second one heat of 20.

And Mike in my opinion would had been close in CSH one heat but on the 4th lap it got a little warm. I base that on knowing how fast he was going compared to Donny in CSH and they said Donny was 1 MPH off on Sunday.

We weren't even close to John Peters in OSY, we ran second. Man that rig was flying he had to have at least 3 on us. I think he may actually pick up speed in the corners. Was fun watching him drive away from everyone, very impressive.

            Push Boat nationals

Someone from out West can expalin the heat and brackets and how it all works but here are some pictures.

I missed taking pictures of the final heat.

John Peters may have set a record in this class also, I'm not sure....

Thanks Don. No record, so what, you still had a great season & did well out there. You have to be very proud of Donnie. He's a great driver with so many years yet to come! His grandfather has a smile from ear to ear.

                    Guedo and his push boat.

While Guedo's run in OSY was very impressive, I think we need to impose steroid testing before his next push boat race! Now that was impressive!!!

                      John,
Donny was slightly off the 20ssH record in water that wasn't ideal. He had good speed (and we had a great time) so I'm sure we will go back soon to try again.

Thanks to SOA and everyone who made it such an awesome event!

Congratulations to the new Record holders!

                            Lake Lawrence

A huge thanks to all that attended both, far away and local. The weather was perfect and the volunteers awesome. This race takes a lot of resources to put on and came off without a flaw.

A big thanks to Jan Shaw for all she has done to keep this race going. We look forward to another great one next year.
