bring your extra 102/302 motor, as we can find YOU a CSR ride!!!!!!!

        We have one

I have the old round nose hanging in the rafters I could bring if somone has a motor to put on it. It would probably be a heck of a lot easier if we could find an AXS or A boat and just throw a restrictor in it. I also have word that Lily ran at the Capitol testing session, so she has a little experience. I LOVE that we will have a first time J racer at my race, what an honor.

            45ss boat count

Whats the 45ss boat count looking like? We will have one for sure. I may have an issue with work which may leave me stuck at the store. I can probably do Sunday. I may make it for both we'll see.

If somebody has a restrictor for my 80 motor I could bring our back up boat and motor. I am not sure what class that would fit in APBA but it is Novice in AOF. She would like the "Bucket List". Leaving tomorrow

                    Eatonville Schedule

So, as the Assistant Ref for the race I had the fun of trying to put together an agreeable schedule for the race.
Some considerations I had in mind when putting together the schedule are as follows:
                    1. A request for JH to be at the beginning of the day
                    2. Trying to make the changes for J,AXS,KPRO, and A as minimal and easy as possible for the crews
                    3. Trying to keep the two loudest classes DMH, and CservR at the middle of the day
                    4. Trying to have CSH, ASH, CSR, and ASR at the end of the day so that people would have their equipment set up for the ASR/CSR marathon Sat afternoon, and the ASH/CSH marathon Sun morning.
                    That said, here it goes:

                    Flight 1)
                    JH
                    20SSH
                    JH
                    20SSH
                    DSH
                    CMH
                    AXSH
                    CMH
                    AXSH
                    DSH

                    Flight 2)
                    OSY400
                    AXSR
                    OSY400
                    AXSR
                    DMH
                    KPRO
                    DMH
                    KPRO
                    JR
                    CservR
                    JR
                    CservR

                    Flight 3)
                    CSH
                    250/350
                    CSH
                    250/350
                    ASH
                    CSR
                    ASH
                    45SS
                    45SS
                    ASR
                    CSR
                    ASR

ASR/CSR MARATHON SAT -end of day
ASH/CSH MARATHON SUN -start of day

Please consider when you can volunteer upon looking at the schedule.
Any questions, comments, concerns, gripes, please post them here and they will be taken under consideration

works for me-- til someone running ash runs asr with same motor but it rolls with us!!! you got the hard job- good job!!!!! looks user friendly even if you have minor adjustments I think you can swing it out of the original
                        thanks Mike

                          Back to Back

                          Hey Mike,

I would like to request that if a 45ss returns to the pits after the first of our back to back heats that they would be given the same amount of time that every other class, except the 45's, get between heats to make changes, prop, height, fuel, minor repair etc.

If thats not possible, then thats cool. The sched looks good. Nice job.

                          Jason

Mike, you're the man! Good luck reffing your first race, bro. I know you're only the assistant, but that position is often underrated and under-recognized by most. Excellent job with the schedule; I feel i will work the majority of the racers. Unfortunately I wont be there to kick your ass in C and 20. Just can't swing this one, before going across the country another time. But I'll come down to watch n have a good time Saturday. See ya there my brotha. Banana

Jason, that should be workable, and is entirely understandable. We just put the 45's back to back in the interest of the space that it takes to launch you guys.

The other thing that worked well last year, was to have the 45's at the beginning of a flight. That allows the trailers to start rolling in while the flight change is underway, and most likely all the 45's would be ready before the barge is. Just a thought.
