I have a hydro Im refinishing w/ a few repairs, its a Bunky 20SS/C & it has the cockpit slightly off to port. Would the proper thing be to put the motor dead center between the airtrap lines or centered in the transom [1/2" to port] ?
I read that I will have to get used to driving it but welcome the challenge. It seems to have a ram air effect built into the bottom front.. sorta concave towards the rear till the sponson backs then it bends into the flat afterplane. The deck is pretty well humped about midship then slopes down to the stern a good amount [based on other hydros Ive looked at] Id guess this to mean I can expect it to lift well. Ill post pics as soon as I can. Any input will be appreciated.
