Josh...your not even married yet and you cant go to a race.....Looks like Top O should be fun.....I mean without YOU being there and all!! Im sorry.....I have suffered for so many years now that its just fun to pick on you about it!! Many things in life are alot more important than boat racing...You will learn young grasshopper!

acutally... the women insisted that I go to the race. I think she wants my stressed out azz outta the house for the weekend.

I just got to looking at my list of things to accomplish and knowing that next week all my family will be coming in from Cali... I just don't know if i'll have time to get everything done.

Add that to the fact that i'll have to drive 4 hours north to get my boats... then 4 1/2 hours back down for the race...

Josh.. so what you are saying is you have already started not listening to your women. Not good. I recommend you find the gas card and head out. Says the DSR racer.

Now let me give you the low down as the professor. She wants you to have fun because she loves you, she will love you in a different way because you stayed and picked the wedding and her over boat racing and the guys. This is what I like to call an, "Ultimate test of Love". Men and women both do this each other. "No" means "yes" and "yes" means "no" some times when the heart is concerned. Thus the expressions, "If you love some thing set it free and if it does not come back hunt it down and kill it." Sorry for the bad Joke.

You have chosen wisely. Stay home and get it all done. Sorry Dean. There are many boat races. Have a great wedding.

Oh and the only mistake I see is not picking a late October wedding day! The fall colors work wonderfully for wedding pictures and there are no boat races!

My DSR is almost finished. I'll be testing this new rig made completely out of lead this weekend. If she floats, I'll be at all the races. Might need help at the scales.......
