    dustins boat was not carbon and that was a boat made for kilos.lol

    you need a min. of 3gal. i ran out once at top'o two turns from the finsh,you have to allow 4 splash out,it does happen. taking anything with you except your NUTS was bad luck for me. all i took was 3 quaters just in case///


    remember the slower u go the wors it gets. stay wide open and on top of the waves like a skipping rock...

      Thanks Terry... I'm looking at glass boats as teh price on the Carbon ones is out of reach for the buget right now...

        Graham: You have a private message on HR. Here's a boat for you.

        The boat in the first posting at the thread below has a "twin sister" that is for sale. The transom is cut down to 25XS height so it would require you to build it back up for your motor, but it's only $500 fully rigged and has been set up as a Top-O-Michigan marathon boat by Vic Brinkman (for John Keyser's nephew).

          foam padding

          What type of foam padding is best? and where would I get some? I,m looking forward to my first run at the top'o. And from the coments here I will need a lot of padding!
