CONGRATS Sean!!!!!!!! It took me over 2yrs to get a 1st place! Sounds like I might be gettting beat by my own ex-equipment in the near future!! I guess we will find out for sure in Newberg or maybe Sunday at Kitsap!
Well, I guess a little luck at this point is better than speed. I'm sure having a blast at this point. I had the whole family there this weekend, so was prety cool! I won't make Kitsap (coaching duties that weekend), but am planning on Newberg.
sounds like it is time for a Dawecraft to step in!!!!
Actually, B&H and Dawecraft seem to be the boat of choice in CH in Region 10. In AH, it seems to be Blackwells. But there's a couple of new Blackwell CHs that will be appearing soon.
Daren, thanks for helping get Sean and his family into the sport - what a great bunch of people.
ps - get your butt over to Kitsap - this may not be the year to start one's season at Newberg; river's running fast right now.

I plan to be there Sunday....gotta work this Saturday, so that I can take the following Saturday off for Newberg!! Might just run CSH and CSR at Kitsap though. If you guys schedule 20SSH in a different heat from CSH (so i will have time to swap motors), I will run 20SSH also..........
I understand that there is some question as to inspection of the 20SSH so it is not obvious that that record will stand.
Boat and motor all checked out good. Some initial confusion over engine height, but we ran it so deep it was on the 3/4 inch mark on the tech gauge (20ss rule is 1/2)................
