I believe it is a 2nd place plaque. What happened with that?

That's the trophy he got for jumping the gun both heats, but ran extra laps to make up points. Even when he jumped by 8 seconds I still passed him on the first lap and he knows it. Points got screwed cause they said I jumped one heat (video tape proved different and that got reversed), then I got dq'ed for being pushed outside the course markers. But there was no turn judge, as per the rule book states there is suppose to be and I lost the protest, and didn't run the next day by choice (due to it being a borrower motor). And the green machine was broke, and I believe the rookie "mr Dirt" won that day. So since there was only two fe's left, and they combined then with the d-stocks, cheyney got a nice 2nd place trophy for jumping 2 heats I wonder if he jumps 3 heats, will he get a 3rd place trophy??? LOL

Anybody going to this race. I have heard a lot of folks are thrashing but will they be ready or will some assembly be required. We are leaving Thursday afternoon and should be there before sunset.

We have checked the weather and it looks like low 70's and possible 80 all three days. Of coarse subject to change

Well I quit racing full time 2 years ago, and only ran one race last year. I have sold a bunch of equipment since then. Retirement is looking good...

I came to three races last year and raced at one. I'll still be lurking around, you never know where I may pop up. Just needed a break for awhile and doing different things now

Weather

Whether or not you are ready, Weather forecast is mid 70s for Spokane and down there (Desert) it's always 5 degrees warmer.........just watch out for an occasional Typhoon, oh, that was in June! Should be good and warmer than where you are now!

I think it will still be to cool at night for them suckers this year. I would guess testing will start around noon and go till about 5:00 on Friday. Lots of new boats with new boat BUGS. The non biting kind.
