Preregistration

Don't forget that today is the last day to get your preregistration in. Thanks so much to everyone who has already done so. So far, looks like we're gonna have a pretty good turn out and a couple of really busy days racing.

Hinton Weekend

CVRA hosted a good weekend of racing with plenty of close races throughout the 2 days. Good call on 1 heat racing for Sunday, the weather was moving in quickly from the West. It would have been miserable packing-up in a downpour.

Hinton has such a historic significance to outboard racing. The mountains still ring with sounds of deflectors, loopers and poppers!! The support from the local committee is fantastic. What an incredible effort they put forth.

thanks to team runne for getting me home

it was an adventure trying to get out of hinton yesterday. team runne and one of the patrol boat drivers came to my aide and got me going again. the issue was a gas cap. i was able to pick pne up at a local auto parts store in hinton and was able to make it up the 'hill' getting out of town. races last 3 laps but friendships last forever. thanks again. made it home to watch the news.
