Bobby- I'll call down to the Laural Lake people and see if it would be OK. If they do allow it it will be at the drivers own risk and probably limited time on the water. I'll see if it is possible. You should come down and race anyway, it would be great to race with you.

              Plan B

              Matt,

I understand why you can't push no testing on Friday -- you can't look a "gift horse in the mouth". When was the last time Millville had a mid-summer race... never?

So how about Plan B. For those of us who are considering July Millville to be the start of their racing season, can you set aside some dedicated testing time Saturday morning and/or Saturday evening? So that drivers who haven't been in their boats since last season have a little "seat time" in the name of safety?

And if you need a little push to help you make your decision, then please consider the following. Can you name one other motorsport that is "too busy" to allow its drivers to practice on the race course?

And just so no one misunderstands my tone -- Matt and I are on a "friendly basis", having shared patrol boat duties at Millville and Sharptown in the past.

All you have to do is ask. Of course Mark, I am one of those drivers that needs some time. I am hoping to do almost an hour of pre-race testing. Shall I add you to the list of drivers and for which class(es).

Just might make it after all

                  Matt,
It looks like there is a chance that I will be able to make it with a 25ssr....and yes if it is there it will be rolling up through the turn. I am still working on talking the rest of the Long Island crowd into attending. Also thinking of promoting the new SUPER J class ...what do you think? Hope to see you there.

Not yet, but this puts us a huge step closer. If and when I say "yes", it will be CSH for me and AXSH and ASH for Austin who is now 16.

Nice to see Dave Young not MIA anymore,DUDE! Matt, I would love to get my daughter, Amanda, a ride around a real course, making left hand turns this time, before putting her in an actual race. She will have the J restrictor in to start, remember she's a Desiato & anything else could be Dangerous!
                        Thanks

Just wondering if anyone knows how many 25 hydros will be showing up? I will be bringing one along with the runabout.
