I raced JSH from 1972-1974. I started out with an old (and very heavy) Pearson boat in 1972. We got a new Bowson which my brother and I would take turns racing it, one of us would race it on Sat., the other on Sun. I raced ASH from 1975-1981, running a Craig-Craft (remember those?). Almost qualified for the 1976 Nationals at Hinton, WVa. I won the 1st heat but jumped the 2nd. (there were 96 ASH entries that year). I took a hiatus in the 1980's going to college then started back in CSH in 1991. Been there ever since. I have also raced a few alky races from time to time (250ccH). Since 1991 in CSH, I have always raced only my brother Marc's boats exclusively. (MJR).
I've seen your posts on here from time to time. Always liked your nicname... lol
I will try to get down to Fla. in the spring, but its always iffy that time of year.
