Close to the border of Wisconsin & Illinois near Lake Michigan, the HydroFest race course is located on Lake Andrea at the Pleasant Prairie RecPlex.
Kip Trump of the Badger State Outboard started this race as a one day event during the Family Days Festival in 2004.
(this would eventually become a perfect replacement for the Burlington, Wis site which ended in 2009)
Badger State Outboard successfully ran this site until 2012 when the Us Title Series began racing the site in 2013.
