Annual Meeting
The IOA's 2014 racing season has come to a close and now it is time to start planning for 2015. The IOA's Annual Meeting will be held on Saturday, November 1 at the Fort Wayne Hilton Garden Inn. The meeting will run from noon to about 3pm. All are welcome to attend.
The Hilton Garden Inn is located at 8615 US 24 W, Fort Wayne, IN. This is at the intersection of US-24 and I-69. For driving directions, please follow this link to Google Maps.
Awards Banquet
A few hours after the meeting, we will have our awards banquet. Cocktail hour starts at 6pm and dinner will be at 7pm. Dinner is $35 per person but the awards ceremony will be free to attend. If you plan on attending the dinner, please email Jasen Dircksen (clearwatercustoms@outlook.com) right away. If you make a dinner reservation, you must pay for it.
Hotel rooms are $89 per night. Be sure to mention you are with the IOA when making your room reservations. Call the Hilton Garden Inn at 260-435-1777.
Dinner reservations should be made before Thursday, October 16. We hope to see you there!
Awards voting
2014 IOA members are encouraged to vote for the annual awards. Voting will be open through Saturday, October 11. Please explain your votes, where possible. It helps the Board of Directors come to a decision. If you are a 2014 club member and have not yet voted, please do so as soon as possible. Don't wait. Vote now!
