Delaware OH - Postponed

Due to increasing water levels from rain earlier in the week - the race scheduled for this weekend 5/5-6/2012 has been postponed! The water level of the lake has rose 9 ft and is still coming up. The park and boat ramps have been officially closed.

We are looking into rescheduling this race for 5/19-20 but that is yet to be determined. As soon as we have more info, we will let everyone know.

Please contact anyone who might have been planning to attand this weekend and let them know.

Yep, just got the trailer and boats ready, just had to load motors, fuel and tools.
The good news is that canceling the hotel reservations didn't cost me anything! tomorrow after 4pm it would have cost me half the deposit.
Bad news is now I have to wait to go racing.

Are ya pretty sure about R/S dates? I'm sure I'm not the Lone Soldier with this problem..But getting Time off work can be an issue..I'm personally Golden with 19th and 20th..any other weekend gonna be difficult at best..Hope it all works out!!

Dana, just a thought here. What about moving the date late in the season, say mid Oct and calling it the pumkin smasher. Team Casual would comit.
